Unable to craft new Vault Dosh Item (Again trouble with the dosh vault system..)

Well I guess I do not have to write a big long story here. See the attachment for yourself.

I broke down two of my vault items hoping I could craft another one (You devs mentioned it'd only take two to do so) and see what happens, it's not giving me the button to craft another vault item. I had it working before. Why does it not work anymore ?

Players who end up with multiple of the same Vault Crate loot will be able to craft them down into Dosh Powder, and turn every two of those into a chance at a new item.

It'd be nice if I could get either my two items back, or you grant me a random Vault Item since I already sacrificied two of mine. They'd be lost forever after all, with the dosh crafting material sticking in my inventory for no reason.

nevermind.
there was a prob that craft material from recycled precious items wouldn't be craftable... Seems its fixed now (recycled precious vault glasses.... To get green and black version of it, game pls)
