Unabble to connect to news server + no servers at all

I have no idea what the problem is. I can't find any servers on the list. Firewall is not caussing the problem. I have windows 7. I CAN'T FIND ANY HELP.

If you can't connect to the news server, some software or hardware is blocking the games entire web connection. The news server is a simple HTML page.
