The problem is what not work with help, compress, decompress, make, ..., no work

try copying your steam.dll into the red orchestra/system folder

Just remember that whenever Steam.dll gets an update, you'll need to delete the one in RedOrchestra\System and copy it again, otherwise the game will simply crash to the desktop with no meaningful explanation.

Bone, provided you have an update of steam, as a precaution, should replace the old with the new steam.dll?
