I hope I can see it in RS2, It looks like SKS but it was an auto-gun. With the accuracy, can beat M16 and M14 in middle range.

Indeed the PLA shipped some Type 63 rifles in the late stages to Vietnam, however it saw very limited usage. A Type 56 rifle, the PRC variant of the Soviet AK 47 would be much more common.

It is not going to be more accurate than either of those weapons. Largely due to the caliber, 7.62x39, which has a shorter range and more curved trajectory. Sights are not as nice either. It will essentially be as accurate as any AK in 7.62x39 or SKS. Which is on the inaccurate side, even for an issue rifle.
There is no reason to use it over an AK.
