TWI's Crucible Custom Map Server: Event Schedule

For Sunday, Nov 17th, 3pm US EST. The Crucible OGG event will feature:
RSTE-WakeIsland V2
RSTE-Bataan
RSTE-SubBase
RSTE-Kobura
Please join us then.
FYI: Crucible is picking up a 24hr entourage of public players. It has recently reached 34th internationally on GameTracker for RS/HOS servers. This puts Crucible on par with many successful standard servers. I credit this to the fact that more and more public players are downloading and updating custom maps.
We were not seeing anything like this as recently as Sept. Something unique is happening here that hasn't happened before. Custom maps are beginning to stick to the wall. I hope this is encouraging news to mappers. It certainly is to me.

Crucible suffered a hiccough at noon. I'm currently locked out of admin until I can get assistance. The server is currently functioning with the regular map list.
I'm afraid I can't get the OGG event map list in place. Those of you that wish to continue still have the ability to vote for the maps I have listed. I'll get this situation corrected as soon as I can.

Steam decided that you are not authorized to connect to this server.
Other servers work just fine for me.

My understanding is that Yoshiro will be taking care of this shortly.
you fix that issue by closing the server and starting it up again.
A lot of people got kicked off when stalag 13 came up, and similarly the redirect is getting slower every week, it seems more servers use it as its the free twi redirect but especially for people in europe the speeds are getting pretty slow especially when multiple people are downloading at the same time.

I did join any Crucible event when I had the posiibility. Working shifts and time difference sometimes makes it impossible. Unfortunately loads of RO players seems to work in shifts.

I understand. Your good work will continue to be featured in events and in rotation. Whether developers are in attendance or not, any hard work will be given the exposure it needs and kept updated in a timely fashion.
