Turn off Port Swap :: HOW?

How the frack do you turn off port swap? I've seen 2 threads that recommend to do so but cannot for the life of me find out how to turn it off!!!

Seem to have found a solution myself:

At the very very bottom of the ini file there are two lines:

bRestartServerOnPortSwap=False
bDebugPortSwaps=False

Changing them both to false has allowed me to run two servers without the 2nd one crashing on launch. I dont know which one did the trick but I plan to leave it like this until someone tells me different.
