I already bought the DLC for ps5. I've 100% the game, but still am not able to play it. I think the issue might be that my game is stuck on chapter 8 at 88% and can't get to chapter 9 which is the after party chapter. Even before i load up my save data it says I need to beat scaley pete before playing the DLC even though I already did. This issue has persisted ever since I bought the DLC on 11/18/21. The chase champion circle to initiate the time trial doesn't work.

Can you make sure that the DLC key is on the system and not just purchased?
To check if your content has been installed:
• From the home screen, highlight the game you want to check.
• Press the down button on the controller.
• Select PlayStation Store on the left side of the screen.
• Select Your Add-Ons on the right side and press the X button on your controller.
You will see a list of the content you own.
• Check whether the item is marked as "Installed".
