Trophies - "Garbage Collector" and "Dropping Property Values" still not unlocked

Have the latest ps4 update and queen of the ocean unlocked but still missing these 2 trophies as the only collectible that was bugged for me before the first patch was a license plate in sapphire Bay.

they said to swim through all the areas to make them pop.
