I've read here and there that TWI is working on their "next project." Is there any basic information about this next project? For example, even a game genre?

(Didn't see anything on their home page and was unsuccessful in searching the RO forums so please spare me the "flipping use the search" comments.)

Not much good info has surfaced yet on these boards.

One thing is commonly known amongst the "in-crowd". The next TW game will have Sharks with Friggin' Lazers on their Heads.

LOL, perhaps Red Orchestra 2142....

....or Red Orchestra: Quake Wars......

(As I already suggested, Stroggs would look THAT much cooler with some Soviet or Nazi insignia )

I bet it's Red Orchestra 2: Modern combat

lol oh dear.

For me the most accurate, intuitive inf. combat game ever made - perhaps where you can fully customise your loadout/ camoflage survival equipment etc.- set in vietnam is not my bet, but sure as hell is my hope. With spot on attention to detail- weapons, movement and damage, natch.
Maybe it's just that i'm still mourning Vietcong 2's stillbirth.

And forget adding vehicles, as this game showed, many ppl will never be happy unless they match the quality of a dedicated AFV sim

In my opinion, I hope they didn't bother with RO2.
I wont attract many new players (if it did we would think it was rubbish), and it would split the not-so-huge player base, as for sure I can't see everyone dropping RO ( and the mods) and jumping across as one.

It will have a single player. It will have "vehicles".

For some odd reason, TWI is looking for a worker to "work on upcoming PC and next generation console projects".
