Agreed, he sounds like he really loves the game and is passionate about making it the best it can be. Nothing sells a game better than that attitude from a developer for me.

Okay that was new for me, he said the campaign maps are based on the multiplayer maps which kinda means we get a full single player mode. maybe it will be short but that is still surprising

The guy makes you like the game because he has this feeling like he's racking his brain trying to figure out what more he can tell you about the game. It wasn't scripted and boring. Just sounded like a guy telling you about the game he loves.

Also, going to have to go into the video and dissect the options menu lol.

Yes I agree. He's very clear, articulate, and enthusiastic! A very good speaker to the press who TWI should definitely have speak more often!

I'm also glad that the two campaigns do not occur at the same time. I like how you start as the Germans on the attack and then it switches to the Russians on the defensive/offensive at the middle of the battle. Very cool.

The aiming point of the gun, both in iron sights, and non iron sights view moves slightly independently (freely) from the view. In other words, you are not always aiming at the center of the screen, but where the rifle is pointing.

I'm guessing it automatically switches you back to your primary weapon after you throw a grenade. I think AA2.xx had this feature, which was a godsend.

Excellent interview. As some have already stated, it is great to see his attitude to the game shine through not like a lot of interviews I have seen for other games where it is more about marketing.
