Tripwire Official Server SAO Servers are off-line

Hello everyone. I used to play on the Tripwire Official Server SAO. But a few weeks ago I don't see the servers online anymore. It's a pity because I live very south of South America and they were the only servers where I could enjoy the game with low ping.

As far as I am aware those servers are still available. I've gone ahead and had them power cycled incase there was an issue on the boxes hosting them.

I went to the website https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/rs2vietnam?sort=distance to see server information.
It is very strange that the servers are empty, since the Latin American community is big and they always had players, most of the time the servers were full and from one day to the next the servers were empty and no longer appeared in the search list.
It is very strange.
