E3 is now officially over, not just the show itself, but our personnel, partners, and equipment has now all made it back to our office (or theirs) safely. With that done, we wanted to go over some of the exciting things we shared!

Maneater, not just a weekend activity!

Debuting at the PC Gamer Show to kick off E3, we shared an updated look at the upcoming Maneater ShaRkPG, with an all new trailer showing off a look at the game's antagonist - Scaly Pete, as well as game play clips for the first time!

It was also the first time press has had a chance to have the game demo'ed to them, and the reception has been overwhelming! Here are just some of the impressions stemming from the demo:

We were nominated against some of the most anticipated games shown by several press outlets for awards, and even managed to bite down on a coveted "Best Of Show" win from The Escapist! Fans can consider this our first big kick off of information as we will be continuing to share more in the months and weeks ahead. We can't wait to share more with you, so keep your eyes on these waters!

Espire 1: VR Operative - Bringing A New Dimension to Tactical Espionage

The game participated in the first E3 VR Showcase from Upload VR, which you can check out here (as part of the full showcase): https://youtu.be/YHfWkFz1l1Y?t=3565 or on its own here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXH9vUNktmM. Press also go their hands on Espire 1 on the Oculus Rift S and Quest as well as the PlayStation VR. And once again, the reaction we received was beyond any expectations we had, with the team over at Digital Lode picking up not just several E3 award nominations for 2 Best of Shows and a Finalist award!

Be sure to check out some of these interviews and impressions from the show floor:

With a full campaign and many additional challenge missions (this time with real VR), Espire 1 is coming to all VR platforms later this August, are you ready for this sneaking mission?

Chivalry 2, The Return Of The King

Last, but certainly not least, our surprise partner at the PC Gaming Show, Torn Banner Studios announced their partnership with Tripwire to publish the upcoming game Chivalry 2! They've written their own post E3 write up here:

We can't wait to share even more on Chivalry 2, Espire VR and Maneater in the weeks to come! Be sure to follow the latest news here at the official Tripwire forums, Chivalry 2 Forums and Discords for Maneater and Chivalry 2.

Well, we don't know how big of a voice Tripwire had in that decision. Maybe it was Torn Banner's doing.

Regardless though, seeing how they got big thanks to Steam, that's not very respectful IMO.

Ye well, its business at the end of the day.
If it pays more then better take the chance, even if we die hard steam users dislike that to our heart.

I find it funny.... Whenever there was competition rising, valve would suddenly jump guns and half bake a response just to try and retain the crowd, but with Epic?
There was no retaliation made, not even cutting the % to 80-20 overall just to keep big publishers interested in steam.
(yes they do offer a 80% cut, but the way they offer it is a joke, especially to indies)
