Transferring RO to another PC ??

I've recently bought my kid a laptop and would like to transfer the game onto his computer, and uninstall it from my PC.

How does one go about doing this with regard to activation over Steam, etc...

I'll be installing a wireless network (for him), but the router/adsl link will be the same as is current. This will happen after Xmas.

As long as you have the steam password, log in etc then it doesn't matter. Yo can simply delete it from your computer and re-download it to his.
I've formatted my hard drive before and as soon as I installed stem again and logged in, it started downloading the files again.
Alternatively use the backup function in steam to backup the game to another location ,the hard drive on a networked computer for instance.

copy the everything in the steamapps folder if you got a slow connection and you dont want to redownload everything.

Then on the new computer install steam and login with your account then place the steamappsfolder back or redownload all games.

But, can you have installed RO in more than one PC?

yes you can install ro on asmany pcs as you want but steam wont allow you to be logged in on two pcs. So you can install on asmany as you want but you can only play on one at a time.
