Reproducibility: For me, always.
Summary: Reloads/top off does not work on TE-Apartments for Allies Rifle, sticks in animation, no rounds reloaded.
Description: When trying to top off a magazine on TE-Apartments as allies, the animation repeats indefinitely. This occurs with MN9130. After shooting partial magazine and hitting reload key, the player goes into top-off animation, and does not stop, the animation keeps playing. Only way to stop animation is to drop into prone. Once the animation is cancelled by going to prone, player can resume fire, but no extra rounds were reloaded. If there was 1 round in the magazine when the reload started, there is still 1.

Running Ultra settings on Intel Q9550 @2.83Ghz, PowerColor HD6970 pcs+ OCd at 940 Hz, 16 GB DDR2 1066 RAM
