The ESRB, Pegi, etc. ratings don't state "A person under the age is not allowed to play". The ESRB says this about the "M" rating- Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older. Titles in this category may contain intense violence, blood and gore, sexual content and/or strong language.

I also believe that those things should be used as guidelines for parents,
And not what stores in The Netherlands do:
Me: I would like to buy this game (GTA IV)
Girl behind the desk: No you can not buy this because you are not 18
Me:(after going home and printing out 2 pages of the law) *Showing the papers to her and letting her read it (I was suprised she could read)*
Girl:Well....Ok then you can have it

And in the meanwhile I was about 4 hours further just to get a game at a retail store, thats why I now switched to Steam.

OT:
I really can't believe this guy is serious about what he said, he is probably trolling.

Actually sentences can start with but, however, it is rare. And it's not a sentence, it's a phrase. Grammar rules don't apply exactly the same way in poems.

Grammar has different uses on chatrooms and forums, because people often type the way that most actually reflects real speech.

Not to say you should butcher it, but things like starting sentences wrongly or some such that would get your essay written off, should be ignored online In my most humble opinion.

Also #1 sign your topic has gone off course is when people start discussing grammar.

here to kill your monster
taking the threadstarter as genuine here....
Seeing as you mention it, has the unlock system/rank/hero thing attracted you to the game? If this wasn't in place would you be equally likely to play it?
I'm curious if you consider a system that will label you as 'good' as more attractive than playing simply for enjoyment's sake.

Yes it has attracted me because then I feel like im earning something rather than just running around and killing and killing and killing(which is awesome but.. :D) I like to be the best at what I do also, so If I can show it I will.

If it wasnt in place I would still play it but id have to join a clan or something and do there ranking system.

Yes like I said if I can show off my skills than I will flaunt it with my rank.

What a freakin' bum. I could see taking a few days off but man....

Clearly not a bum I own a nice computer and a decent vehicle. Tough times around these parts but you seem to judge to much.. Maybe it was the lack of love and nourishment during your childhood that makes you, a cold nasty bit of work. But I understand we all come from different surroundings and cannot change that. I will find you on the battle field and put a tank bullet right between your eyes.

10-15 hours a day doesn't assure you the hero status if you keep getting owned during that time. If you're a good gammer you don't need more then 5 hours a day just so you can go in there, do your magic(help the team) and then exit the game satisfied and relaxed.

(Best thing to do after a hard day at study/work is just a couple of hours of gaming) It's WAAAAAY more relaxing and entertaining then spending 10-15 hours a day just playing doin' nothing else(been there on both sides, i can say for sure)

Expect me to be one of the first 10 to get to hero rank. I am a hardcore gamer and am expecting to play at least 10-15 hours a day I don't work or go to school. I am an elite gamer at heart, cya on the battlefield.. lookout for me(or don't Ill always be watching you).
