I understand that i should post this in other similar thread but it is too long to combine with them so i create a new one.

This is my idea of which weapon i feel suitable for next DLC.

Sharpshooter: Barrett M82 aka M107 OR M110 Semi-Automatic Sniper System

Explanation: Common sense for tier 4 weapon to be better than tier 3. However M82 uses .50 cal which is IMPOSSIBLE to be handheld and shooting it. M110 will be a better choice as it uses the same 7.62x51mm ammo like M14 EBR.

Link 2: YouTube - Future Weapons Season 3 Premier M-110 Sniper Rifle

Support Specialist: Actually i do not have any ideas for this perk as AA-12 is currently the best combat shotgun in the world.

Medic: Knight's Armament Company PDW

Explanation: Medic are supposed to carry light and this weapon definitely fit into his role. Light and compact but has the firepower and penetration of an assault rifle.

Link: YouTube - Knight's Armament Company PDW

Commando: Bushmaster ACR

Explanation: This rifle is one of the best and US special forces will be using them in future. Able to use 5.56x45mm and 7.62x39mm ammo.

Link: YouTube - Future Weapons: Magpul Masada (Bushmaster ACR / Remington ACR)

Firebug: Flare gun, thermite hand grenade.

Explanation: Honestly there isn't much thermal weapons that is fitting the role of firebug other than HEI rounds. The above two ideas are the the most plausible.

Berserker: Military grade multi-purpose shovel

Explanation: It may sound stupid but after watching the video below u will be amaze that it could be possible.

What else do we need other than bigger and stronger weapons for this type of game?
I see your point but jeez, game's already easy as is right now.
The solution would either be to slap an obscene price tag on those, which means you can kiss the days people have given money to others goodbye for good because EVERYONE will want one of those, or to make the game so hard that those guns are not overpowered, which would mean tier 1 weapons are proportionally ineffective.

Either TWI add new difficulty harder than suicidal OR adding quest that u need to complete before purchasing the weapons. For example 100 to 200 headshot requirement within 2 waves in order to buy it.

Really? The game is already easy and tons of balancing issues were introduced with tier three. So TWI should spend time to make new weapons, then take time to balance them, then spend time making the game harder? Seems like we could skip a step by making the guns on the same level as all the others.

What is worse is that there were multiple weapons that were made obsolete, poor, or inefficient by the addition of tier three so you really are not getting additional weapons. Rather you are replacing them.

This seems alot like a "Please add weapons from Modern Warfare 2!1!" thread.

Apologies if it wasn't meant like that.

Anyhow, the Field Medic is not a class that is intended to have firepower.

TWI shall keep it that way until TWI says otherwise, methinks.

But, Tier 4 weapons are not needed at the moment, actually. We have enough power as it is. ;)

Lastly, joke-intended, Beserker needs the TF2 Equalizer.

I can see it now...!

weapons that arent stronger than the ones we already have but different or more unique (--> burst fire assault rifle or slug shotgun). those could be midstrong but because of their differences to the existing weapons they would make the whole more interesting.

and i love the shovel even though it would only be a melee weapon

Tier 4?

In a word, NO.

Addition Tier 1 and 2?

HELLYES.

Adding more powerful weapons on top of the weapons we have now is going to bring Hard down equal to Beginner, and Suicidal down to Normal.

Perhaps a bolt-action rifle, someone else can suggest which, as a replacement for the crossbow, or a M16 or M4 for Commando. Hell, even an AUG, i know out military uses them extensively.

So, no Tier 4, more Tier 1 and 2.

A BRITISH army sniper has set a new sharpshooting distance record by killing two Taliban machinegunners in Afghanistan from more than 2.4km away.

Craig Harrison, a member of the Household Cavalry, killed the insurgents with consecutive shots - even though they were more than 900m beyond the most effective range of his rifle. "The first round hit a machinegunner in the stomach and killed him outright," said Harrison, a Corporal of Horse.
"He went straight down and didn't move. The second insurgent grabbed the weapon and turned as my second shot hit him in the side. He went down, too. They were both dead."
The shooting, which took place while Harrison's colleagues came under attack, was at such extreme range that the 8.59mm bullets took almost three seconds to reach their target.
The distance to Harrison's two targets was measured by a GPS system at 2475m. The previous record for a sniper "kill" is 2430m, set by a Canadian soldier who shot dead an al-Qa'ida gunman in March 2002.

In a remarkable tour of duty, Harrison cheated death a few weeks later when a Taliban bullet pierced his helmet but was deflected from his skull. He later broke both arms when his army vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb. Harrison was sent back to Britain for treatment, but insisted on returning to the front after making a full recovery.
Harrison, from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, was reunited in Britain with his family last month. Recalling his shooting prowess in Helmand province, he said: "It was just unlucky for the Taliban that conditions were so good and we could see them so clearly."
Harrison and his colleagues were in open-topped Jackal 4x4 vehicles providing cover for an Afghan national army patrol south of Musa Qala in November last year. When the Afghan soldiers and Harrison's troop commander came under enemy fire, the sniper trained his sights on a Taliban compound in the distance. His L115A3 long-range rifle, the army's most powerful sniper weapon, is designed to be effective at up to 1500m and supposedly capable of only "harassing fire" beyond that range.
"We saw two insurgents running through its courtyard, one in a black dishdasha, one in green," he said. "They came forward carrying a PKM machinegun, set it up and opened fire on the commander's wagon.
"Conditions were perfect, no wind, mild weather, clear visibility. I rested the bipod of my weapon on a compound wall and aimed for the gunner firing the machinegun.
"The driver of my Jackal, Trooper Cliff O'Farrell, spotted for me, providing all the information needed for the shot, which was at the extreme range of the weapon." Harrison killed one machinegunner with his first attempt and felled the other with his next shot. He then let off a final round to knock the enemy weapon out of action.
Harrison discovered he had set a new record only on his return to British barracks nine days ago. The previous record was held by Corporal Rob Furlong, of Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, who was using a 12.7mm McMillan rifle."

No doubt, it is a prefect weapon for Sharpshooter, it fit the sharpshooter theme than the M14 EBR(Spam spam and death)
