You still have the beta in your Steam Library because TWI has occasionally released patches early to be stress-tested before applying them to the game proper. But "The Beta" ended when the game went public on the 13th of September. So now you have two RO2's, one to play and one to dick around in.

What are you guys talking about? Of course it's out of beta. They already released a bunch of mods, too, like Darkest Hour and stuff.
