Because 2 of them were survivors from 2 other platoons that got wiped out. They met up with the other dudes and were like "hey guys can we join you" and they were like "yes".Why are there three Russian Marksmen in a single squad?

Let me explain even more. The full German/full Russian packages won't even exist in your build, unless you are playing in the German or Russian languages. So what you are suggesting is actually having six packages, Full German (your team), Partial German (enemy team), Full English, Full Russian (your team), Partial Russian (enemy team), Full English, and then swapping between those. Thus my comment about it being possible, but too much work/too much added complexity to implement before shipping the game. The alternate yet simpler method, which is just replacing both sides with the full Russian/full German, would take up too much memory.
Keep in mind, we kind of know what we're doing, and have been through all of these ideas already![]()
PanzerJaeger said:Also, TW staff participation in these ***** fests has always impressed me. I was active for a few years on another developer's forum and they simply banned the whiners. It says a lot that you guys jump in these threads and address people's concerns (and personal insults) in a calm and professional manner.
One last thing:
Could we, as players, set our Steam to German, and Russian, to get the audio packs, then redownload the English version, and rename those packs with the English names, and replace them? so the only effective difference would be the audio file itself? Could it theoretically work? Could we get PBBanned for it?.
You will get a package mismatch. The server would not let you connect.
So if I switched my game to localized German I would hear German while playing on the German side. But, what about while playing on the Russian side? It wouldn't make any sense for the Russians to speak German as well as the Germans.Let me explain even more.
