Looks like there's a sidecar attached. I'd definitely be the one riding in the sidecar manning the machine gun.

Those wouldn't be anywhere near the frontline, though. Unless partisan maps are added with some sort of ambush situations, these bikes will just be cannon fodder.

apart from the insane fun you woudl have, i think they would be pretty tough targets as well....

in a tank with your limited visibility if you could even seen one in time your only chance would be at long range.. even then the time for the round to get to you on the bike would give you time to "dodge" it... next if you were close to the tank at all he wouldnt be able to turn his turret fast enough

your biggest fear in one would be small arms fire (rifles at longer range.. and sub machine gunes and auto rifles at closer ranges) ... or another MG would probobly be the worst thing to run into.

otherwise they woudl be really useful for flanking or sneaking behind enemy lines... ...they should also be realistically tipy etc... so to make for the possibility of "skilled drivers"

i think the vulnerability to small arms fire would make them very balenced as well (fuel tank hit is a one hit kill)

in response to the ambush mission.... that is a cool idea ...on the escort side you could even have very limited spawn from inside the vehicles

Not necessarly. Have you read "Grenediers" by Kurt Meyer. Several occasions his men attacked on motorbikes. Not often granted, but still if it happened once then maybe a they could be used on just one map? A recreation of one of the attacks he was in with his loyal Kradschutzen would be fun.
