Things to fix now?

Well, finally stats and sound bug (i hope) its already fixed, but now there are somethings that im worried about

AT rifles: too fast shooting and low damage? the people use it like snipers... not for tanks and this is annoying!

AI Tank: i think that AI of mg in tank its very overpowered... just pass in front of an enemy tank 0.2 seconds and bot needs only 0.1 seconds to kill you

German tanks: i saw a russian tank shot 13 times!!!! to a german tank for kill it, but german tank just need 1,2 or 3? shot max to kill a rusian one

Select Tank role: sometimes we select tank role but after the countdown we dont respawn


and i dont know what more, maybe you guys could post ur point of view about what could be fixed the next patch?

Performance and optimization withstanding, I think they can finally start addressing game balance issues across the board. Tanks, honestly, need the most work out of everything I think.

Tank AI needs to be removed completly. They can sit in there and help you drive, but thats IT!

If you want your gunner to fire, you should get a friendly in there to do it. give reasons for people to multi crew.

Adding AI to a online game is just terrable idea, one of the reasons I left wwiionline.

They still shoot through smoke, got killed today by it. Just remove em together PLEASE. I'm pretty close to starting a petition.

Tank MG is fine, it's just not getting rewarded for the stuff the commander is doing. Same for the driver. They should both be getting assists for every kill made with the tank. MGers will sit there hunting for targets as long as they know they're getting rewarded for their participation.

  • Remove Cover from Use key and allow binding to its own key. Pleeeeeeeaaaaase for the love of God add this already. :(
  • Increase unsupported weapon sway during standing (or make it a little jerkier).
  • Increase unsupported weapon sway dramatically when stamina is low.
  • Increase all weapon sway (even supported) when being suppressed.
  • Allow blind firing of MGs by bracing against corner.
  • An extra clip or two of PTRS ammo would be nice, or the ability to be resupplied by friendlies would be even better. I have gotten two tank kills on a single loadout before, but it's kind of a crapshoot, and right now AT-men are very limited in battlefield effectiveness because we need to waste our time travelling to ammo dumps in the rear instead of being on the spot to engage tanks.
  • Server options to limit weapon loadouts would be awesome. Pistol servers, Bolt-only servers, Mkb-less servers... :p

how is firing through smoke, getting .3 second reaction time fine? You can run between a tank and it will fire 1, 4 round burst hitting your head in .3 seconds. That's not even on the same planet as "fine"

It just needs to be removed.

Tanks already have a advantage over infantry on the battlefield. We don't need aimbot MG's aswell. If you want your bottom MG to fire, crew it with your buddy. MAYBE and I mean MAYBE allow the commander to tell the bottom MG to fire onto buildings for surpressed fire. But thats it.

It shouldn't be a SENTRY gun aimed out of the front of the tank killing everything that goes infront of it.

Shadows go through walls

People see through walls

Weapon won't fire on mouse clic

Rainbow colors bottom of the screen (even though it was mentionned as fixed)

Instances of bullets not registering at close range (point blank on immobile targets)

Going into cover instead of picking up weapons on the ground & vice versa

Unable to shoot as the commander when near a radio


And last but not least the horrible audio engine.

How about fixing the abysmal hit detection? CQC is a joke.

How about changing the velocity of the rounds leaving my weapon, I'm not throwing an 80 yard hail-marry touchdown pass, I shouldn't need to lead someone several feet in front of them--I'm shooting a high powered rifle with a muzzle velocity of 2700fps (k98). Newsflash: to hit a target at 100m it should only take slightly more than 1/10 of a sec for the round to reach the target.

I'd be happy if the stats were fixed. Recording them seems to work now atleast.

Oh and I just had the sound bug. Yep, that was great.

Stats are still broken (less than half my stats have saved since the patch) and the sound crash still happens (3 times since the patch).

Nothing is fixed as far as I'm concerned.
