The system specs sticky!

Hi, I just noticed the system specs sticky is still stating that the game is GPU bound and giving advice based on that.

Now that the Devs have announced the game is in fact CPU bound I feel it would be a good idea to update the sticky to avoid confusion and the inevitable complaints.

What this game is a mess tbh, it does not want to be bound to my cpu or gpus
It just wants to stay at 30% usage

It's not bound to my CPU or GPU's, lol.

30-80 FPS Averages near 45 or 50 (with insane variations that make it borderline unplayable) with almost no usage of my resources.

I agree, it's a complete joke that the developers first say it is GPU bound, then the next minute they say it is CPU bound, when in fact for the majority of us it is neither since our CPUs and GPUs are not at 100% usage.
