The PzB 784(r) penetration values are wrong!

Unlock Hero Class with the Russian Anti-Tank Soldier, and you turn the The PzB 784(r)'s 116% penetration value over the PTRS-1941, against the Panzer IV, with terrible consequences.

Simply removing the weapon from the Russian Anti-Tank Soldier Hero will NOT fix the problem. As the weapon will still be able to be picked up on the ground.

The 116% penetration bonus must be either removed completely, making the The PzB 784(r) match the penetration power of the PTRS-1941, technically the same gun in real life, or have very little bonus over it. Very bloody little.

Non negotiable, since this is a game breaking issue.

I'm assuming this still hasn't been addressed as I'm constantly exploding in 2 shots from ~300m away through frontal armor in my PzIV. Really frustrates me and infantry is always quick to ask me what I'm doing wrong.

Currently the PZB got slightly better penetration values as the T34 would otherwise be impossible to penetrate with the PZB. A more realistic argument for the difference is that the PZB is given a different type of ammo in the game.

With the upcoming update, hero and veteran anti-tank soldiers on the allied side will no longer get the PZB. And with the introduction of the light tanks the AT rifles will get a slight debuf, especially in the case of high hardness armour.

Since the last patch the PTRS cant penetrate ANY armor on the T 34 and Panzer 4.

The last round I played I test fired it several times against T 34s and Panzer 4s at ranges closer than 20 meters.

Not a single shot penetrated. All I got were bounces.

Under the areas I tested were the side, the tracks, the back and the hull under the tanks.

Not a single penetration from less then 20 meters.


So the PTRS is now officially completely useless.

Nope sir you are wrong, both weapons are absolutly deadly in a range under 100m, if you manage to hit the right spots on the t34 and the pzIV you can penetrate the armor easily.

Try to hit the t34 in the space between the turret and the hull
