You are supposed to be a border line psychotic church warrior willing to cleanse your own family with fire if you suspect them of being tainted with by the warp. You don't wear glasses, you don't smile. The inquisition purges people who smile. Noone in M41 smiles except the orks who have fun fighting.

The overly friendly, spectacled chubby lady face fits a religious nutjob surprisingly well though. Not that I have ever lived in the world of Warhammer 40k so I wouldn't know what it's like there, but that's what they look like in my community.
