Spent 3/4 hours doing this today with wet and dry, it looks like the bike has been rubbed down by a giant using ruff cast because the feckers that owned it before me have have decked it so many times on stoney roads and flipped the bike. The top plastic is what the bottom looked like before I started work on it.
