Just the big ISPs.. the ISP i work for is actually pretty good.. but we also aren't supporting an aging co-ax or POTS infrastructure in a large city, nor are we bound by a 'must build' (we can build to whom we like, and don't have to water it down or jack up rates in order to reach everyone).. The down side is not even I can get my own internet service :[
