I guess you misunderstood this page, it shows the percentage of the overall players who gained that achievement.

it's wierd though how some of them are listed at .0% when dzuba has all of them already!!!!! since one person has them all, shouldn't it be like .00000000001% or something?

Around 400,000 copies were sold so at least 400 people have to get the achievment for it to show up(0.1%). Though the steam tracking may only be for the number of people who have ran RO since the achievements have been set up, so that could be any number whatsoever.

i want to know how i can see what servers supports archievements, i have been killing, blowing up tanks allday only thing i got is bronze and silver i had 2 times in 1 server 70 kills as being infantery
i have resupplyd machine guners wel over 40 times and still no reward!

server will have a star next to it indicating that acheievements are enabled. server must also have at least 16 real players in it.

I'm just curious as to which map can you earn excellent marksman silver and gold. I've made some across the map shots (more than half of the full length) on Konigsplatz and no dice.. just curious where the distances are long enough for these to trigger.
Also, are there still achievements that dont work/trigger? If so, which ones are they?

anyways, yeah some of them are still bugged, the marksman achievement being one of them. I got that achievement on tractor works by throwing a satchel, getting shot, then respawning almost instantly on the other side of the map.

How hard would it be to patch something like that? I mean, they basically said 'we don't care about that'.
I know for a fact I have a 100 sniper kills, but Bronze won't activate. I got silver marksman too by throwing a grenade and respawning at the required distance. Whack-a-mole would be it easy if it weren't for the lousy hit detection on tank commanders. Their heads always spit metal sparks when I shoot at them.
