Am I the only one bothered by the way the character speaks? I was expecting modern japanese voice acting but it feels like an ancient samurai from ancient times

Its sounds like me doing a racist impression of a Japanese accent. Its very strange.

He is considered "Americanized" as a Japanese man, despite being born in Japan, he grew up around the American military. He ended up taking drama classes and moving to L.A. to do movies, then moved to France to do movies there but ended up playing small-time clich
