"The game is currently unavailable"

Everytime I try to launch the game on steam it gives me this message. Is it a problem on my end or is the game actually temporarily unavailable?

The game just opened up for me ;/ I am not playing it though, dont feel like it as a rank 86 hero everything. I want my stats back, feels more natural!

1. Close and re-start Steam
2. Right click on RO2 in your game Library
3. Select Properties>'Local Files' tab>'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'
4. Profit

STEP 3 will fix it

The problem is that the game doesn't update automatically although you have selected that. Click on updat game in properties and it will begin to update. Same problem here btw......
