The best thing about KF

What's the best thing about KF, for me there are 3 reasons why I keep coming back:

1.Rag doll physics and dismemberment

2.weapon animations, recoil animation, firing animation, reload animation, animation while in iron-sight mode and moving etc.
KF definitely has one of the best weapon animations in the FPS genre, especially medic gun and AA12

3.continuous online gameplay, I am still baffled how anyone can play games like Modern Warfare 2 where you get regularly and randomly killed every 10 seconds, then run around, then get killed etc. It's the dumbest gameplay ever.

As for the things I wish improved, better animations for specimens and players, like transitional animations when turning around, when walking on steps, aiming animations, etc.

Oh, and handcannon animation is awesome, still can't believe how much better it is than in a high-budget game like L4D2.

Best thing is the hysteria and adrenaline pumping through your veins when 4 FPs or similar are charging towards your team in a fully, totally cramped match.

@ SMIFF - yeah metal sounds like trying to throw a grenade at someone's head in Max Payne.

1. Sexy, sexy guns and weapon animations

2. "HUURRRR HURRRRRR HUUURRRRR"

3. Surviving complete "OH ****" moments

4. Zed-time gore

These things are still rare in games, I remember expecting this from Resident Evil 5 and yet there was no trace of rag doll physics, it was exactly the same as in RE4, same awkward scripted animations.

Hated Resident Evil myself. Never known a wierder more awkward to use camera in my life... and apparantly a headshot only counts if you shoot your enemy in the neck and nowhere else.

Spent 1 lunch break giving RES4 a go and have never regretted not the buying the game since ;)

Yea well, L4D2 weapons are horrible carbage. They are all pretty much the same, too, especially melee weapons. It doesnt seem to matter what melee weapon you have since they are equally effective or the differences are unnoticable.

And why do they have 2 or 3 regular shotguns, and 2 or 3 autoshottys. Thats just stupid too, ok yea variety with different models but Id prefer seeing weapons that actually feel different.

Valve got a habbit of making "noob-friendly" games, where every weapon is powerful and they all reload VERY quickly. In sake of balance, if a weapon is too powerful they just make the weapon un-fillable, as in you cant get more ammo for it during the game, instead of giving it other disadvantages like reload speed or weight..
