Today was the first day since the beta start without any crashes, fps drops etc. problems for me. I really really enjoyed the game. BUT!!! the crappy auto balance system is still horrible. You see I AM A SQUAD LEADER, and we were attacking the church (I cant remember the map name) when the game decides that I AM THE MAN for the Allies team. Seriously wth?! I was still alive and kicking, just entered in the church and BAM class selection screen for the allies team.... Then I press the team change button because I want to be in the Axis team and what I see.. - someone new already joined in the allies team so the game is now unbalanced for the axis and we are back to the start with me in the axis team, just like I was before <.< The funny thing is that happened again later (5-10 mins). I dont know who came up with this idea the balance to be random but its not funny man! Please fix it that the game auto balance only the late joiners, low ranking in the stats screen players not the top players and NOT the squad leaders. Is it so hard to make it

Autobalance should compensate for the abrupt change in teams and the effort you've put in to win whilst on the other team. Maybe a free pass to choose whatever class you'd want, even if it's at maximum (minus Commander/Marksman, as they never get teamswitched anyway).

Is this configurable in server settings perhaps? As in, can you either disable autobalancing, or give it bigger threshold before anything is done? I'm asking this as I can't see how it would be a real problem if the match is for example 32 vs. 28 players on a 64-player server, it's still "fair enough".

Any new players joining the server should be forced into the smaller team though.

Yeah, I think 99% of the players do the same too. Its very annoying, why they give us a chance to choose a faction if we get switched anyway?? Its silly.

I think there is a server setting on/off. At least I have been on servers where the teams have been massively unbalanced and no autobalancing going on.

Autoteam balance is disturbing!
In couple games i was change team 4-5 times per game. Attack-Defence, shoot Germans, then shoot Russians... All that in couple minutes... That is not funny...

I got team switched like a mad man.
Ending up with -5 teamkills, due to role changes.

they fix it soon enought.
Atleast I have a very good fps on the maps and no weird crashes :D

Auto balance should also be disabled completely in the last 5 minutes of a game or so. People almost always quit in droves at the end of rounds when it becomes apparent they've already lost. I've been auto switched numerous times with less than 1 minut left on the clock.

I'd be willing to go a step further though and just disable the auto balance completely by default and let server admins put it on if they want. As long as people can't join the side with too many players like how it was in RO1 it won't be that big of a problem. Let the people balance the teams out themselves.
