Don't take that kind of advice from a rat. They'll eat anything! :D

Appearance is a big part of the whole experience. Not only the eating part but also the satisfaction of having turned out something so good looking. Keep practicing!

I recently mastered pie crust. I can't tell you how badass that makes me feel

Hmm gotta spend my spare money before the Hungarian economy crashes.
Any tips?:D

Cars and fast women.

So where's the problem? I prefer tasty ugly deserts to beautiful, yet badly tasting deserts.

Just try my mousse au chocolat, which looks a lot like semi liquid diarreah.

And I would like your recipe. ;)

Here's diarrhea on a cake. Made with an Imperial Stout brewed with Cacao Nibs in the cake batter, frosting, and the glaze. Oooooom nomnom. Not to mention, I'll have a bottle of the beer to pair with the cake. This is my 3rd attempt at this sorta thing. The first one was a Raspberry Framboise paired with a Raspberry & Dark Chocolate Eton Mess, the other was a Salty-Caramel covered Gingerbread Cake paired with a a Pumpkin Beer.

Not too hard actually:

You need 500 ml of cream, 200 grams of dark chocolate and two tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Fist, you melt the chocolate over steam (put the chocolate in a metal bowl and put that on top of a pot with boiling water).

Now the hard part:
While that is done, whip the cream plus the sugar. Take approximately one third of the cream and mix it with the chocolate quickly, then take the rest of the whipped cream and fold it in the chocolate.

If you're either not quick enough or not delicate enough when folding in, the mousse will become less appealing in consistency and/or texture.

After that is done, put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Can be served alone, or with some whipped cream and chocolate flakes on top, or my favourite, with something fruity like applesauce or raspberries (with a hint of rum).

*sigh* either deal with it, or stop bragging.

Now I don't want to put Drakon in a bad light, but guys bragging about sex are about as bitey as dogs which bark...

Also, I don't want to dig out old stereotypes, but the location of origin of draks lates "conquest" makes me somewhat question the gender...
