In my list I would remove the 360 degree turn and black outs in trailers. Replace them with the action scenes where villain and the hero are fire fighting, and just when they both are about to score a hit, they both run out of bullets. and on horror movies theres always some mirror scene when the mirror turns and theres the bad guy, just waiting to get a cheap scare.

Those are more annoing to me, and actually bothers me because you just KNOW that it will happen. Movie makers are even making parodies of these moments when something doesn't happen exactly like it's used to happen.

I would remove 360 turns too from the list too... but I wouldn't remove the fade to blacks, I just hate those.
