I'm hard-pressed to find many games these days that let you tone down the amount of gore/violence in a game. While it may be less realistic to not have "dismemberment", it's a nice option to disable gore for those of us who don't enjoy that so much or who have kids watching/playing.

Maybe you just put this functionality in to get rated in Germany, but you didn't have to put in a setting for the rest of us; I appreciate that you did.

Thank you.

I don't mind graphic content at all but the most unnerving thing is the gurgling sound some dying people make.

Same. I've even tried to shoot them again to stop them from suffering like that, but no dice. You just have to sit there and listen to it or move.

I just wish there was an option to increase the corpse stay time. Really snaps me out of what ever realistic mood I was in when a dead teammate vaporizes before my eyes.

I love the gore of the game, its great. But like the OP, what I love more is to have the option to turn it on and off as I see fit.

:IS2:!!!

People died in violent ways in war. It's part of understanding the process.

If you remove the violence, you're cheapening the experience.

Like these stupid Call of Duty games teaching kids that people bleed numbers with experience points.
