A friend of mine and I are working on a mod, and he wants to get some statistic about the precision and speed of the players, to know how to set up difficulty settings.

http://www.nebulastation.net/sniper

The test consist in clicking targets as close to the center as possible for 30 seconds.

I'd ask you for doing two runs, one just trying to hit targets as fast as you can, and another trying to be as precise as you can, and then post the results here.

Thanks in advance.

really consistent, makino. looks like you'd play a lot of FPS in your freetime ;)

mine:
precise - 1 hit per 1 second w/ 6 average deviation
quick - 1 hit per 0.6 seconds w/ 30 average deviation....

(the very first try i got 1 hit per 0.19 secs w/ 6 average deviation... but that was when the target didnt move, because my browser refused to work it properly....)

Thanks for your participation, but sadly, it seems that only "Jaesperson" got it right... I probably didn't explain myself very well, about the second test.

Second test was about hitting targets as fast as possible, disregarding any accuracy

OK

Acuuracy: 1 hit per 1 seconds with 4 average deviation
Speed: 1 hit per 0.45 seconds with 33 average deviation (would be waaay faster and more accurate if it wouldnt keep dragging away the picture of the target -.-' )

The issue is that when moving fast is that I keep moving my mouse, and actually when I click I hold down the fire button slightly too long, causing it to not register it as a click but basically as a drag.

So when trying to do it super fast i still get about the same time because i need to click like 3 times for it to register because i moved my mouse while clicking. So when I actually need to fully stop my mouse before I click I might as well do it around the centre. So basically the thing forces me to use my mouse like I use it for pixel hunting.
