terrible graphics

Is it just me or does the graphics in this game are not that good. the water looks weird and i see a lot of problems with the maps like walk near some of the woods on the maps. you will see what i am talking about. if the graphics were better I could get into the game. and i have a good system

Nividia 7800GT 256 megs of ram
2 gigs of ram
Amd 3200+

so its not my system.

the gfx in my humble opinion are superb considering this is built with the UT2004 engine and the game is half the cost of others.

Yes there are some things that could be better, but overall its very polished with well designed maps and superb animation.

Its the gameplay i got this for that and the superb sound make this a more immersive experience than any other so called war game.

Turn of the HDR bloom in the display tab under configuration. After you did this, restart the game. Everything should look a lot more in focus.

I have the same graphics card as you, an AMD 3500+ and 1 gig of ram. What settings do you run your game at? I run 1280x1024 with all settings maxed, HDR bloom OFF and 8xS AA, 16x AF. My PC manages about 30-40 fps at these settings depending on the map and everything looks great. Try these settings on a map like Odessa, and if you still think the graphics are terrible I don't know what else to say.
