Yeah I have multiple copies of my map but didn't know why it did twice if I was doing something wrong. I'll try the anchor.Save save save, have multiple copies so you can go back if there are errors or glitches.
Isn't there a way in the Advanced Properties of the Actor to anchor them in place like bMoveable =true/false?

Also I have made some craters and they look real good but the only thing is where my (terrain1 main) meets the crater you kind of see it flicker when moving the camera around is there a way to get it more smoother maybe edge turn? If you've done some work on the map and don't want to lose it you can always go back into an older version and copy/paste the coordinates (TerrainInfo Properties > Movement > Location).
