Hello there, im FingerFactor :)

I recently bought a server and I have become very interested im making custom maps. I have experience with worldbuilder/hammer, and learning the UE editor is turning out to be pretty similar. Up until now I have had no trouble compiling and testing maps, but today I read up on making terrain and decided it would be a good place to go with my map. I followed the steps, understand what im to do, make a cute little valley, skybox, ect...

BUT THEN, when I went to compile im getting this error:
"Build KillingFloor_Build_[2009-02-09_10.82]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 3321 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT (8585)

Failed to enter Autoplay.rom?NumBots=0: Can't find file for package ' myLevel'

History: UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine <- FMallocWindows::Free <- FMallocWindows::Free"

Anyone know why this could be happening? I see there that is says "cant find... myLevel", but as far as I know this is a package thats automatically packed with all levels. If someone could please point me in the right direction, I would be greatly appreciative, thanks!

Alright, figured it out myself with a little determination. Ill post the solution just in case anyone else runs into this problem and comes out clueless. Basically, as you can see in the error message I accidentally used a package name of " myLevel" (note the space). The default package included in your level is "myLevel" (no space). In order to correct this mistake, I duplicated the misplaced texture into the new package. Then, in order to make the terraininfo actor recognize the right texture, I went into the object properties under "terrainInfo", and switched the height map to the newly duplicated instance.

Anyways... with that hurtle out of the way, now I need to work on fixing my skybox. It seems to be rendering full black, and the light being put out by my sunlight actor is MUCH too strong. Hope this helps somebody!
