Teleporting in game

I am experiencing a lot of jumping around/teleporting recently. I even went through a wall recently. It is happening on a range of maps. I am playing on a Ps4 Pro. I have good network speeds and low ping so I don't think it's a lag issue.

Speeds is one thing, but do you experience packet loss?

I don't know, how do I check that?

I can say that I don't notice any similar performance issues in other games.

I also never noticed it on my original launch model Ps4. It's only been since I've moved to the Pro that it's become an issue.
