Invasion 44 Install for Steam
Well after two days i finally figured it out how to install Invasion 44 Mod for ARMA 2 on steam.
The Mod website has instructions, but they are not for the Steam set up. If you go to their forum, they have a post for Steam, but it is dated and refers to old version of the Mod.
Do not follow instructions from link below, you will spend days of frustration:

Here is how to install if you have Arma 2 and Arma2 Arrowhead from Steam.
1. Download version: 2.51.

When you install, point install to where you have Arrowhead. In my case:
C drive, Program Files(x86), Steam, SteamApps, Common, arma 2 operation arrowhead
The self install will create a folder: @I44CO
2. Download the recent patch for 2.51 at this location:

Point the install to the same location above.
3. Download this version of CBA (i don't know what it is for) But put in the same location. Do not put it in the @I44CO folder. It should be a different folder in Arma 2 Arrowhead on same level as the @I44CO

YOu do not need any other files. Do not download fix 2.1 and 2.2. they are not needed for the recent 2.51 version. You just need the above three files.
4. Bring up Steam.
5. Go to your game library in Steam.
6. Go to Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead properties.
7. Click on "Set Launch Options"
8. Paste the following: -mod=@CBA;@I44CO
9. Then start arma 2 Operation Arrowhead.
10. When the menu comes up, select Combined Operations.
AND THAT SHOULD Work!!!
