Good find! I am able to reproduce part one and two of your description - and will report this - I however don't get stuck in the tank.
Did the getting stuck occur together with the spawning on top of each other or is it a different issue for you?

This happens also to me, when i hit the w/a/s/d controlls while the initial spawn timer counts down.

All three bugs occurred in a single match.
