You see. That's why they won't read the forums. This thread, which was meant to point out issues with tanks, and how to fix them, has gone off the rails, and is now becoming a "I hate TWI" thread. It's a little discontenting to see people hate on you every single time you check your website. I can more than assure you that once they find the time, these bugs will be fixed.

You totally miss my point. It's not hate, it's disappointment. There have been tons of constructive threads on tanks which I contributed to as well. However, Tripwire have repeatedly stated they think tanks are fine, and that the criticism is unwarranted. They made a big post about the damage system to persuade critics about it, but no matter how nice the system sounds on paper, in practice it just doesn't work.
In order for something to change, you have to convince Tripwire there is something wrong with tanks in the first place. I have yet to see this happen. And the odds are even lower now that they don't read the forums. I think they should stop being childish and look at the criticism they get. I really don't think there's many irrational Tripwire haters on here, and I'm definitely not one of them. It's just that there are quite a few disappointed fans, who post exactly because they still have hope that the game will become better.
Why can you assure me that when they have the time they will fix tanks? Every sign points to the fact that's nothing's gonna change, I've never even see them say "we're gonna try and improve tanking".
