You mean the config, or the 'experience points'?

First should not be too problematic (our coders are free to publicly call me out on that one, if I speak "untruth").

The second option I do not think is even desirable. Progression should start afresh for all players, regardless of HoS rank.

Good man! Besides those with high rank in HoS are most likely more adept with game mechanics and there for have upper hand against the late comers.

Of course we also have those who lack skill but have time, so they reach high ranks because of the time.
