Yeah, That turned out to be a real dissapointment...

Someone called "Nordlander" says having a swastika in-game "makes a huge difference" and would "even pay for it".
I smell neo-nazi.
This is stupid though.
If the hammer and sickle are in game, the swastika should be also.
They are both offensive, if one is in it, the other should be, or none.
That is just my opinion, I understand there are a lot of people with socialist governments that will not allow this but this is simply just my opinion.

Like it's been said before, it's affiliated with a political party that lost the war. That should be explanation enough.
It does make a "huge difference" as far as immersion goes. This goes for all WW2 games that do this. The worst I've seen is HoI which used the friggin German Empire flag. This is like playing a wargame with a modern setting and instead of a 50 star flag for the US having a 13 colony flag. I wouldn't pay extra for swastikas but somebody wanting a more realistic game does not make them a neo nazi. People always try to deflect these arguments by calling people nazis or babbling on about how "not all the wehrmacht troops were nazis" or whatever.
Also, why do you think Erwin Rommel asked for them to not place any Swastikas or political paraphernalia on his body before he killed himself? Because it doesn't necessarily represent the army.

Tired, spent topic. I am a history and WWII enthusiast of mostly German blood, and I don't need a swastika to feel "immersed" in the game. If you do, maybe you are playing for the wrong reasons.
No, The swastika is a symbol which brings soul tender of amigrovit,
Dont know how its spelled in english..
But it gives you the visiting aura of the war god.
Thats why the romans used it..
But to the game fact's, Its historicly correct to use right symbols.
No mather what the devil worshipping law's says about it.
