Suttle Tank?

I know the arguments against exiting a Tank in the first place. (like the early bi-planes go down with the plane, or eat your gun) But my "K" key isn't working, is this something to do with the patch? I've remapped most of the keys, my bindings still have "K" to scuttle. IMO, I think if you scuttle, your not completely usless with a pistol cause you can grab a better gun off the ground anyway.

Yeah but in real life even if a tank crew got out they wouldn't join the fight, they'd go home and get another tank, since they also had basic if any infantry training and were too valuable to throw away by fighting on foot.

Either scuttling requires a very specific kind of damage to the tank to become an option, or there is some bug that prevents the scuttle key from working much of the time. In singleplayer I am completely unable to scuttle my tanks, in multiplayer I rarely notice this however because it is rare that my tank is disabled without opponents finishing me off in seconds.
