Support Perk not upgrading

Howdy, I did some searches, and read back a few pages but didn't see anything that matched my problem, and the Title says it all. I just spent the last 3 games using nothing but the shotgun/Hunting Rifle and I am stuck at 331K/500K for my level 3 support perk. All my other ones seem to be moving up, I am a level 5 Beserker and just got level 4 medic so it isn't across the board. Any ideas how to remedy this short of killing everything and starting from scratch?

I thought this was got fixed long ago...

1. restart kf

2. restart steam

3. restart modem/internet connection

4. restart pc

5. If all fail, smash your pc.

Usually you can just log off and on to steam and that should clear things up. Your steam logon ticket can expire but it doesn't always tell you so problems will occur if your client isn't talking to the steam servers correctly.

Thanks for the replies, however so far none of that has worked. Still 331K after another 5 games

close steam and kf and try deleting your clientregistry.blob in c:\steam

Renamed the clientregistry.blob file and so far that seems to have fixed it.
