Suicide penalty for team swap

Could you remove the suicide penalty for team swap.

I dont often swap, but i prefer to be on the ****tier team cause i enjoy the challenge.

So if spawn as nazi and we are dominating i will often swap sides to help even it out and make it more interesting.....but i get a suicide penalty.

Of course i can see the benefit of it as it helps stop players swapping around sides to get what they want, but it does persecute us good honest folk who want balanced gaming and not a duck shoot.

I know there is auto balancing but i have only ever had that kick in once on the game so far.

Also i posted earlier....Bring back Auto select teams. And a littel logo on screen to remind us which team we are on.

I got very often thrown to the other team for balancing.
Would be fine they would remove this TK thing and not everytime
the same player get thrown around.

Players should not receive penalty and get dishonorable when they act opposite to even out teams.
