Subscribed files not working.

I have a total of 35 subscribed mods and i read somewhere that 50 is the max but they aren't working i don't even see them Download on the main screen in the upper right corner like they should. I've tried unsubscribing and resubscribing i've also tried Verifying the integrity of the game cashe and uninstalling/reinstalling but nothing seems to work they still don't show up in the game nor do they download on the main menu screen.
