story Maps and Survival not working.

Well I thought with the halloween update was the reason why story maps wernt working( the hive, road to perdition ect) and Marcos mode of survival, but after 1063 update stuff still dosnt work... any fixes or how long has this been like this? just started playing again...

Those maps and gamemode have been broken since the End Of The Line Update.
You need to run this mutator to play on any map or gamemode that still use the old zed coding.

nice, but if I enable this im assuming it would disable perks :( ? why would they do that? those story maps were the best, and the obj one are...nice, but still not the same. I did find that old tower, and laser challenge maps still work, anyone know of others that still work without this mut ( like keeping server whitelisted for ppl)

Olde Tower works because it does not have any force spawns.
Laser Challage only uses forced spawns at the end where its surviving as long as you can against FPs. So if you want to finish that map, then players are gonna need to map vote or admin forces a map change.

Who cares about the official perk progression, break free of the chains and have fun.
Just use server perks and have everyone lvl6.

Lastly if you dont want the mutator, your gonna have to manually update the map's coding yourself. I dont know how to do it, use the search bar for that.

As always dman thanks for the explanation. I can barely get a redirect working, I think I'll leave the coding to the pros ;) how about this, can I rename the maps with this force coding so they fall under the default story gametype that has no maps in it (like kfo put them under objective? )That way I can have it as a voting option for them with that force mut? Kfs-mapname? I can get to a comp now but you think if I run survival and that mut it will work again? Luvd those custom zeds on that mode?
