We have been receiving reports that many server admins have had trouble updating their servers to KF version 1062. We have been unable to reproduce this locally until just minutes ago. We had one machine which would only download 1061 and not 1062. We managed to fix this issue by navigating to the folder where the SteamCMD executable is and deleting the "Appcache" folder that is part of the SteamCMD folder structure and running the update again.

So any admins who are experiencing this issue should attempt this fix.
