Server SteamCMD keeps closing itself

I was about to post on the Steam Forums, but for some reason... it won't let me.

The thing is...
SteamCMD keeps closing itself EVEN after closing steam, opening again, logging in, closing again, even if the internet explorer is set to automatic...

THE ERROR

CONECTION IS AUTOMATIC

ALL SAFETY OPTIONS ARE THE LOWEST POSSIBLE

FIREWALL IS OFF

NO ANTI-VIRUS

I HAVE INTERNET CONECTION, EVEN WITH THE RED CROSS THERE

Any idea what it might be?

Create a new folder, and extract this fresh file http://media.steampowered.com/installer/steamcmd.zip

Start over with this newly downloaded SteamCMD


If still problems, how do you connect? with an internet router (like what we all have here in France from our internet providers), or with a direct modem connection, something else?

i am having this issue aswell, i have re-downloaded and still having this issue

To be frank, don't go on an unrelated game developer forum for an issue with a Valve program. Try to get help from Valve directly. SteamCMD works, if you can't have it connect to internet then nothing more we can do here.
